• The delivery service is available daily. The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed and Angie The Choice will endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery timing.

• To ensure Angie The Choice drivers’ safety on the road, delivery time could be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances. Angie The Choice shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
• Delivery to one location is complimentary per whole cake order $50.00 nett and above (excludes full month/wedding packages, snack bar items and purchase of vouchers).
• For a successful delivery, we require a full delivery address, contact number and name of recipient and time of delivery.
• A $21.40 (inclusive of 7% GST) delivery charge to a single location is applicable per whole cake order below $50.00 nett.
• For subsequent requests or redirection of orders, an additional delivery surcharge of $21.40 (inclusive of 7% GST) is applicable to a single location per whole cake order.
• For express delivery, a delivery surcharge of $32.10 (inclusive of 7% GST) to a single location is payable per whole cake order and is subject to standard cake designs only. No fixed timing is allowed and is subject to availability of delivery schedules.
• Ice cream cakes delivery is available daily (Schedule 1 and 2 only). No ice cream cakes delivery will be available during festive periods.
• Promotions, discount coupons and privilege cards are not valid with complimentary home delivery unless otherwise stated.
• All deliveries can only be made in Singapore. Please note that overseas orders can only be delivered to Singapore addresses except to protected/restricted areas, Jurong Island, Sentosa, schools and student/childcare centres.
• In the event that there is no recipient or no one at the delivery destination to receive the cake, the cake will be sent to the nearest Angie The Choice outlet for self-collection by the customer. No requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.
• Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made.
• Self collection of cake orders at any Angie The Choice outlets is available daily. Please call the place of collection in advance to avoid disappointment and to provide your order number, the name of orderer and contact number for easy reference.
• Cakes must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery or collection. Angie The Choice reserves the rights not to entertain any further complaints thereafter.

• There are a total of 11 type of fillings to choose from the recommended combinations (not applicable to standard cake designs):

• No wordings are allowed on any face design cakes and on 15cm & 20cm standard cakes unless otherwise stated.
• Wordings on cakes are best kept to a minimum. Too many wordings can affect the aesthetics of the cake design.
