Angie's Delight Fillings: Strawberry Pie Filling, Blueberry Pie Filling, Cookies N Cream, Praline Paste (Hazelnuts), Yam Paste and Fresh Durian Paste.

• All cakes are best consumed on the day of purchase or delivery. No preservative is added.
• Please note all cakes with durian filling are best kept in freezer @ -20 degrees celsius to ensure freshness, defrost in chiller @ 4 degrees celsius before serving and best consumed on the day of purchase or delivery. No preservative is added.
• Please note all products with yam filling are best kept in chiller @ 4 degrees celsius to ensure freshness, and best consumed on the day of purchase or delivery. No preservative is added.
• Please note all cakes are delivered in frozen condition except cakes with yam filling, chocolate fudge or chocolate lover's cakes are delivered in chilled condition. Defrosting in chiller is required for all frozen cakes befoer serving.

2. WORDINGS ON CAKE

• No wordings are allowed on any face design cakes and on 15cm & 20cm standard/classic cakes unless otherwise stated.
• Wordings on cakes are best kept to a minimum. Too many wordings can affect the cake design.
• Suggested guide for number of wordings (free hand writing) based on cake size and cake design are as follows:

4. DESIGNS & PRICES

• All prices are inclusive of the prevailing GST.
• Cake designs are subjected to slight variations and availability of decorative accessories.
• Due to inherent limitation of the electronic media there may be certain difference in colours, presentation or specifications of the products seen on the computer and in reality that are beyond our control.
• Fresh fruits are seasonal and sweetness cannot be assured. No artificial sweetener is added in our products.
• Availability of certain festive designs are subjected to festive seasons and selected occasions.
• Requests for any changes to standard/classic cake designs are not allowed.
• Additional surcharge is payable for any changes to in-house designed cakes.
• Additional surcharge is payable for additional toppings on the side or top of the cake.
• Angie The Choice does not make fondant cakes and/or any licensed cartoon character cakes.
• Angie The Choice reserves the rights to accept or reject any orders or designs including requests for specific time deliveries.

5. ORDERS

• Orders may be made through our Dial-a-cake hotline 6345-9898 (Mon-Fri: 10am - 9pm) or at any nearest Angie The Choice outlets (Mon-Sun: 10am - 9pm).
• Orders must be placed at least 3 working days in advance (excludes day of order, Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays, Chinese New Year's eve, eve of Mother's Day and Christmas's Eve).

6. PAYMENT

• Payment must be made in full upon ordering.
• Only VISA and Mastercard will be accepted for telephone and/or email orders.
• All payments are non-refundable for all confirmed orders.

7. DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE

• The delivery service is available daily. The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed and Angie The Choice will endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery timing.

• To ensure Angie The Choice drivers' safety on the road, delivery time could be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances. Angie The Choice shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
• Delivery to one location is complimentary per whole cake order $60.00 nett and above (excludes full month/wedding packages, snack bar items and purchase of vouchers).
• For a successful delivery, we require a full delivery address, contact number(s) and name of recipient and time of delivery.
• Table of Delivery Charges:

• For Express delivery or same day order for whole cakes is subjected to selected standard/classic cake designs only. No fixed timing is allowed and is subject to availability of delivery schedules.
• Ice cream cakes delivery is available from Mon-Thu: Schedule 1 and 2 only or Fri-Sun/PH: Schedule 1 only to prevent melting reasons. No ice cream cakes delivery will be available during festive periods.
• No dry ice (only 1 packet ice pack per cake) is provided for all cakes supplied by Angie The Choice.
• No plastic carrier is provided for all whole cake deliveries.
• Promotions, discount coupons and privilege cards are not valid with complimentary home delivery unless otherwise stated.
• All deliveries can only be made in Singapore. Please note that overseas orders can only be delivered to Singapore addresses except to protected/restricted areas, Jurong Island, Sentosa, schools and student/childcare centres.
• In the event that there is no recipient or no one at the delivery destination to receive the cake, the cake will be sent to the nearest Angie The Choice outlet for self-collection by the customer. No requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.
• Refusal of any item by the recipient for any reason upon delivery or collection will still be considered as delivered or collected and no refund will be made.
• Self collection of cake orders at any Angie The Choice outlets is available daily after 3pm. If you need the cake before 3pm, then the cake will be delivered to the collection outlet one day prior to date of collection. Please call the place of collection in advance to avoid disappointment and to provide your order number, the name of orderer and contact number for easy reference.
• Cakes must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery or collection. Angie The Choice reserves the rights not to entertain any further complaints thereafter.

8. AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

• No amendments and cancellations are allowed 3 working days (Mon-Fri: 10am-4pm, exclude Sat, Sun & Public Holiday and on festive seasons like 1 week prior to Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas) prior to date of delivery or collection.
• No amendments and cancellations is allowed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

• An amendment fee of $5.35 (inclusive of 7% GST) will apply for each amendment on all confirmed orders.
• Any amendment request received after 4pm (Mon-Fri: 10am-4pm) will be processed on the next working day.

• Cancellations
  
• A cancellation fee of S$10.70 (inclusive of 7% GST) will apply for each cancellation request submitted 3 working days prior to date of delivery or collection.
• A 50% cancellation charge will apply if the cake has been made but not delivered.
• No cancellation is allowed when the delivery has been attempted or prior to date of delivery or collection.
